These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between Pondok969 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the services available at pondok969.cam and any associated subdomains or applications (collectively, "the Platform").

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account only on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Platform and update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Pondok969 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, pondok969 requires mandatory KYC verification. You will be required to submit valid government-issued photo identification (such as a MyKad, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and in certain cases, proof of payment method ownership. This process exists to protect you and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, pondok969 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Resell or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content;
• Systematically download or copy account information for any commercial purpose;
• Use any automated means including bots, scrapers, or data-mining tools to access the Platform;
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any Platform security measures, geo-restrictions, or access controls;
• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Pondok969 reserves the right to temporarily suspend access to all or part of the Platform for maintenance, technical upgrades, or security purposes. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.

Pondok969 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBe, Hong Leong Connect, DuitNow, FPX instant bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency channels (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, and BNB). The minimum deposit is RM50 unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds into your account from a third party, is strictly prohibited. Pondok969 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming that any payment method used belongs to the registered account holder.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be fully completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money balances and must be tracked accordingly.
• Wagering requirements must be met using real-money wagers unless explicitly stated that bonus wagers contribute.
• A standard wagering requirement applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Specific multipliers are detailed in each promotion's individual terms.

All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of any wager before confirmation. Pondok969 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed wagers except where a technical error at the Platform's end has occurred.

For sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and all other sports), the following principles apply:

• Pre-match odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the final settled odds.
• In-play (live) betting odds are dynamic and reflect current match conditions. Network latency on the user's end does not entitle the user to void or amend a live bet.
• In the event of an obvious technical error in odds (palpable error), pondok969 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• For live dealer and RNG casino games, game results are determined by certified random number generation systems. Results are final and non-reversible once a round is completed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per game category. These limits are displayed within each game's information panel and within the Platform's help section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud & Cheating: Exploiting software bugs, using prohibited third-party software, colluding with other players, or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or conceal funds of illegal origin. All accounts are subject to ongoing transaction monitoring for suspicious activity in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through systematic or bad-faith behaviour including, but not limited to, match betting against your own positions, creating duplicate accounts, or using VPN/proxy services to access region-restricted bonuses.

• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to operate your account.

• Threatening or Abusive Behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward Platform staff or other users via any communication channel.

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game assets, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of pondok969 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use Platform content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the Platform's services. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from pondok969.

The pondok969 name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting you any right or licence to use any trademark, service mark, or logo without the express written permission of pondok969.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pondok969, its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or its services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds or expected winnings due to technical failures, service interruptions, or network issues beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or with applicable laws in your jurisdiction;
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal settlement caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or blockchain network congestion.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, pondok969's total liability in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall be limited to the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

Upon receipt of a valid closure request and subject to the resolution of any pending KYC, active bonus wagering requirements, and withdrawal requests, your account will be closed and any remaining verified real-money balance returned to you via your verified payment method.

Pondok969 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;

Disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that the laws of your country of residence — including those of Malaysia — may differ from the governing law of these Terms with respect to online gambling. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in your own jurisdiction. Pondok969 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any specific location.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to create any form of joint venture, partnership, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and pondok969.

Pondok969 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. In the case of material changes, we will provide notice to registered users by posting a prominently dated update notice on the Platform and, where reasonably practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
